What is the production process of magic clay bar for car washing?

Step-by-Step Production Process of Clay Bars at Brilliatech

First of all, we have to prepare material for clay bars. 
Check Order: According to the customer's order, check the clay bar grades, color, and weight. and what package style. than we try to prepare a material list; 
Second,  Chek the list with our material in warehouse.  and perpare the material for work shop.  
Than， Check the package material;  printing insert or lables.  and blister or metal, PP boxes;  also include the cartons.  
When the preparation work is finished, it is all ready done. 
Step 1: Raw Material Selection: High-purity synthetic resin, soft polymers, and micro-abrasives are selected based on Brilliatech's proprietary formulas.
Step 2: Clay Compounding & Mixing:   Materials are blended in large-scale mixers with heat and pressure control to achieve uniform consistency.

Step 3: Clay Sheet Extrusion

The compound is rolled into thin sheets and tested for thickness, elasticity, and purity.

Step 4: Clay Bonding to Substrate

For clay pads or mitts, the clay sheet is bonded to sponge, foam, or microfiber under high-temperature lamination.

Step 5: Cutting and Shaping

Products are cut into precise shapes (bars, blocks, rounds) and quality-checked for uniform size and density.

Step 6: Packaging & Labeling

Finished products are cleaned, vacuum-sealed, labeled (OEM if required), and packed for export.

IN the process, we will control the process to assure the clay bar hardness in good handle feeling.
